Looking for a great opportunity to grow with a company that offers permanent hire potential and excellent benefits? We are hiring dependable General Laborers and Machine Feeders for a busy metal processing facility.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Feed metal sheets, coils, and other metal products into processing machinery.
• Assist with metal cutting, polishing, buffing, and finishing processes.
• Monitor machine operations and help maintain a steady production flow.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and keep the work area clean.
• Work with the production team to meet daily goals.

Required Qualifications

• Safety-focused: Must follow all safety procedures and work safely around industrial machinery.
• Physical ability: Must be able to stand for at least 6 hours during the shift.
• Lifting requirements: Must be able to lift 50–100 pounds as needed.
• Must have steel-toe shoes.
• Must attend an onsite walkthrough, including one full hour observing the machine feeder and production process, to qualify for the position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in metal processing, manufacturing, general labor, or machine feeding.
• Previous forklift or overhead crane experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

Important: Candidates will not operate forklifts or overhead cranes until they are hired permanently.
