Apartment Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Apartment Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance team at a busy apartment community in Vacaville. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and assisting with a variety of property improvement projects throughout the day.

Job Duties:

• Assist with painting and paint touch-ups on apartment buildings and common areas
• Help complete general maintenance and property improvement projects
• Support maintenance staff with repairs and upkeep of the apartment community
• Clean and prepare work areas, tools, and materials
• Assist with grounds maintenance and property appearance as needed
• Perform manual labor and other duties assigned by the maintenance team

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to use basic hand tools safely
• Strong work ethic and willingness to assist with a variety of maintenance-related tasks
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
