Warehouse Material Handler - Gilbert, AZ Express Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Material Handler to join a growing distribution company. This full-time role offers advancement opportunities and competitive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process inbound/outbound shipments using FedEx and UPS systems
• Manage inventory counting and stock organization
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping and local delivery
• Maintain accurate records using computer systems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Interact professionally with customers

Required Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse/shipping experience
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, email)
• Strong attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift and handle heavy products
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Clean drug test and background check required

Preferred:

• Experience with online shipping platforms
• Inventory management background
