We're currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Retail Associate to join a busy team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting with retail and warehouse-related duties, including palletizing products and handling materials throughout the day. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and palletize products weighing up to 45 lbs throughout the workday
  • Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
  • Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
  • Previous retail, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
  • Must be able to follow workplace safety procedures

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
    Regular lifting and moving of products weighing up to 45 lbs
    Repetitive use of hands and arms for handling, stacking, and palletizing materials
    Fast-paced work environment requiring consistent physical activity
    This position requires successful completion of a background screening after a conditional offer of employment, in accordance with Washington State law
