Are you an experienced Master Electrician who enjoys working with customers and is ready to take the next step in your career? 

We have a client who is seeking a New Hampshire Licensed Master Electrician for an exciting opportunity with an established company in Southern NH. This role offers the chance to step away from performing hands-on electrical work every day and focus on sales, team leadership, and department growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who knows the trade, enjoys building customer relationships, and wants to transition into a more sales-driven leadership position without being responsible for completing every job personally.

Compensation & Schedule

• Base Salary: $100,000

• Commission: 10% of sales with uncapped earning potential

• Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift

• Location: Southern New Hampshire

• Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of electrical professionals.

• Meet with residential customers to assess their electrical needs and recommend solutions.

• Diagnose electrical issues and develop project recommendations and estimates.

• Present options to customers, explain the benefits, and close sales using a consultative approach.

• Serve as a technical resource for the electrical team.

• Support daily operations, troubleshoot challenges, and help maintain quality and safety standards.

• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the electrical department.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active New Hampshire Master Electrician License.

• Strong residential electrical service and troubleshooting experience.

• Previous supervisory, leadership, or mentoring experience.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Confidence discussing project options, preparing estimates, and closing sales.

• A motivated, professional approach with an interest in developing people and growing a business.
