We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Roadside Service Technician to provide tire repair, replacement, and preventative maintenance services at customer breakdown and work-site locations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service while helping drivers get back on the road safely.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to roadside assistance and work-site service calls.
Remove, repair, and replace tires using proper tools, equipment, and procedures.
Inspect tire damage and vehicle conditions to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Perform preventative maintenance and service-related tasks as assigned.
Clearly explain repairs, recommendations, and service options to customers.
Recommend additional services or products when appropriate.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair concerns to management.
Ensure service truck is fueled, clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and inventory.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Attend training sessions and meetings to stay current on industry practices and service techniques.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively in the field.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.
