Hours: 7am-3:30pm
must have experience with shipping and receiving
Prepare and process shipping documents, packing slips, and shipping labels.
Verify orders for accuracy before shipment.
Pack and prepare ink products and materials for shipment.
Coordinate shipments with carriers and schedule pickups.
Enter shipping information into the computer system and update records.
Track outgoing shipments and maintain accurate shipping logs.
Inspect packages to ensure proper labeling and packaging.
Communicate with warehouse staff, inventory, and customer service regarding orders.
Maintain an organized shipping area and follow safety procedures.
Ensure shipments meet company requirements and are dispatched on time.
