Assistant Operations & Quality Control Manager
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening responsibilities. 
 
The Assistant Operations & Quality Control Manager will support daily operations by training employees, coordinating schedules, conducting quality inspections, approving timecards, and responding to staffing needs. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Train and onboard new housekeeping and janitorial employees
  • Manage employee schedules and coordinate shift coverage
  • Respond to employee call-outs and arrange staffing replacements as needed
  • Serve as a resource and support for field employees and customers
  • Assist management with additional operational duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory, team lead, or management experience preferred
  • Comfortable working both in an office environment and at customer locations
  • Ability to work occasional evenings as business needs require
