Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:55 AM–5:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for assisting customers, recommending products, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Entry-level candidates with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
Answer questions about products, pricing, and store policies.
Assist customers with locating merchandise and selecting products.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately process purchases, payments, and returns.
Address customer concerns professionally and refer complex issues to management.
Restock merchandise, organize shelves, tag products, and maintain promotional displays.
Keep the sales floor, checkout area, and workspaces clean and organized.
Follow inventory control, loss prevention, and store safety procedures.
Work cooperatively with team members and assist in other departments as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and time management.
Comfortable using computers, scanners, and POS systems.
Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash accurately.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
Ability to frequently lift or move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
