A growing precision manufacturing company in Georgetown, TX is hiring a skilled CNC Machinist / Programmer with experience in Mastercam, Haas CNC machines, CNC milling, and machining operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on machining, working with advanced equipment, and producing high-quality precision parts.

What You'll Do

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes, including 3-axis and 5-axis equipment.
• Create, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs using Mastercam.
• Operate Haas CNC machines and other precision machining equipment.
• Load materials, change tools, set offsets, and adjust machine settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and machining specifications.
• Perform precision machining, including milling, turning, drilling, threading, and boring.
• Monitor machine performance, part quality, and production accuracy.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain tight tolerances.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous CNC machining experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Mastercam programming preferred.
• Experience with CNC machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Haas CNC equipment preferred.
• Experience with 3-axis and/or 5-axis CNC machining.
• Ability to read blueprints and work with precision tolerances.
• Knowledge of machining tools, offsets, feeds, and speeds.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently during evening and overnight hours.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Schedule & Pay

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM–2:00 AM
• Pay: $30.00/hour, depending on experience.
• Training: Initial hands-on training provided during the day shift before transitioning to the regular evening schedule.
• PPE: Steel-toe shoes or boots required; additional protective equipment provided.
