Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable, hardworking Construction Workers with concrete experience to join a growing team in the Greenville, SC area. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, understands concrete work, and takes pride in producing quality results. Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete preparation, pouring, spreading, leveling, and finishing.
• Set up and remove concrete forms.
• Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and gathering materials.
• Mix and handle concrete according to project specifications.
• Assist with grading, digging, and site preparation.
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience required.
• Hands-on concrete experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• OSHA or other construction safety training is a plus.
