Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Fostoria, OH. The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience and be comfortable troubleshooting equipment issues, performing repairs, and completing preventive maintenance independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns in a fast-paced production environment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Work with motors, drives, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems
• Complete basic PLC troubleshooting
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
• Perform mechanical repairs including bearings, chains, and belts
• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting on switches, motors, and sensors
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Knowledge of motors, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Basic PLC troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
