• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Description

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Poultry Production Specialists to join a poultry processing facility in Clinton, AR. Employees will assist with various aspects of poultry processing, including cutting, trimming, portioning, packaging, and quality control.

This is a hands-on production position requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety and food quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with poultry processing, cutting, trimming, and portioning.

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.

• Perform additional production duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be dependable and arrive to work on time.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced processing environment.

• Willingness to learn different production tasks.

• Previous poultry processing or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
