 Job Highlights:

• Answer and direct phone calls – support the team by gathering information about incoming calls and helping the caller yourself when possible rather than transferring 
• Onboard new job seekers - support job seekers throughout the account login/setup process
• Administer skills testing, drug and/or background tests, as well as documenting results
• Create job descriptions for new positions 
• Manage job boards and website to ensure accurate postings 
• High volume email communication with job seekers - Review incoming resumes and schedule interviews 
• Collect timecards, communicates with clients and associates to process payroll weekly for 100+ Express associates
• Manage social media pages/calendar - create marketing material/images
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly audits to ensure compliance and accuracy 
• Additional administrative tasks as assigned
