Schedule: 2:30 pm- 11:00 pm 

Position: Temporary Press Brake Operator

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form sheet metal.

• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and measurements.

• Select and install the appropriate tooling for each job.

• Adjust machine settings, including bend angles, dimensions, and back gauge.

• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.

• Use precision measuring tools, including tape measures, calipers, and angle gauges.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements:

• Recent press brake operating experience within the past 12 months is required.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.

• Knowledge of sheet metal forming, machine setup, and tooling selection.

• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and verify part dimensions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
