Material Handler

Located in West Bend, WI

Company is seeking a dependable Material Handler to join their team on 1st shift. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in General labor and Forklift who are looking for a stable, full-time position. Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site
• Read work orders and or follow instructions
• Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Conveys materials to or from storage or work sites to designated area, using a forklift, hand truck, electric dolly, or other device.
• May occasionally operate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
• Assists with routine or general housekeeping tasks as they relate to the plants 6s plan.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Able to perform basic math skills
• Able to work within a team environment to accomplish an overall goal
• Demonstrated detail orientation, self-motivation skills and ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
• Problem solving skills required and to be self sufficient

 

 

Job Specifications:

· Pay Range: 18-20/hour DOE

· Shift: 1st shift

· Hours: 6:00 AM-2:00 PM Monday-Friday
