Pay

• Starting at $18.00 per hour
• 30-day performance review with opportunities for wage increases
• Annual performance reviews and advancement opportunities
• Employees are paid their hourly rate for commute time beyond the first hour of travel each way
• Mileage assistance of up to $200 per month for full-time employees

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Optional weekend work available for those seeking additional hours
• Start times typically between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM
• Most shifts conclude by 3:00 PM
• Average of 36+ hours per week
• Daily shifts typically range from 6-8 hours depending on project location

Key Responsibilities

• Use handheld barcode scanners to conduct inventory counts
• Accurately scan and track products, materials, and merchandise
• Verify inventory quantities and report discrepancies
• Travel to customer locations throughout the Chicagoland area
• Maintain accuracy while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld scanning devices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and reliability are essential
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the workday
