Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools. This position is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards and customer specifications through accurate inspection and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on manufactured parts and products.
• Use measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
• Verify product dimensions and specifications against blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Identify and document defects or non-conforming products.
• Record inspection results using basic computer programs and company systems.
• Maintain accurate quality records and reports.
• Work closely with production personnel to address quality concerns.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous quality inspection experience preferred.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform inspections throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime as needed.
