As an Employment Specialist, you’re more than a recruiter—you’re a connector, a problem-solver, and a community builder. From screening candidates and posting job ads to managing client relationships and filling roles with urgency, you’ll be at the center of it all.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Match Talent with Opportunity: Take quality job orders, screen candidates, and fill roles quickly and effectively.
Recruit & Retain: Build and maintain a pool of qualified associates to meet short- and long-term client needs.
Sales with Soul: Engage in daily outreach to current and prospective clients, building lasting partnerships.
Marketing Mindset: Post job ads across platforms and social media to attract top talent.
Stay Sharp: Conduct business in accordance with legal guidelines and stay informed on labor laws and market trends.
