A growing print manufacturing facility in Eastlake is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join its team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in producing high-quality products. Team members will be cross-trained in various departments and play a key role in ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Production

  • Set up printers and prepare garments for production
  • Upload and print designs directly onto apparel
  • Monitor print quality and troubleshoot minor issues
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment
  • Maintain production standards and workflow efficiency

Direct-to-Film (DTF) Production

  • Prepare and load transfer films into printing equipment
  • Operate DTF printers while monitoring quality and color accuracy
  • Assist with heat transfer application and settings adjustments
  • Ensure finished products meet customer specifications

Quality Assurance & Finishing

  • Inspect garments and printed products for quality and accuracy
  • Identify and report defects or inconsistencies
  • Fold, package, and prepare products for shipment
  • Apply finishing touches and quality enhancements as needed
  • Follow production software instructions and order requirements

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or printing experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple production areas
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
