OVERVIEW
Express is seeking an ERP Support Specialist to provide cross-functional support in a manufacturing environment. This role requires an individual who can quickly learn multiple processes, manage competing priorities, and support departments including Customer Service, Purchasing, Planning, and Quality. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience working with business systems, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter and process customer sales orders accurately.
• Follow up on order status and communicate updates to customers as needed.
• Retrieve customer orders from online portals and enter them into the ERP system.
• Create and process purchase orders and electronically submit them to suppliers.
• Monitor raw material inventory levels and assist with replenishment ordering.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
• Generate and issue job orders to manufacturing for production requirements.
• Assist with production planning and scheduling activities.
• Gather data and prepare daily and weekly quality reports.
• Provide administrative and operational support to multiple departments.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and work independently.
• Previous experience in customer service, purchasing, planning, manufacturing support, or administrative roles preferred.
