Job Title: Production Associate (1st Shift)
Pay Rate: $19.00-$21.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Employment Type: Evaluation Hire
Summary:
Seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to support food manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves packaging, labeling, quality inspections, equipment cleanup, and assisting with multiple areas of production while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with batch making, packaging, sorting, labeling, and quality inspection of food products.
- Operate and support semi-automated production equipment, including bottling, filling, and repacking processes.
- Prepare products for distribution, wrap pallets, and utilize a pallet jack as needed.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas following food safety and GMP requirements.
- Cross-train in multiple production functions and support additional operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn new processes.
- Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, steel-toe boots, hairnets, and beard nets when applicable.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and problem-solving mindset.
