Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (TBD)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, conversational Spanish proficiency, and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee records.

• Support employee relations and communicate HR policies and procedures.

• Maintain confidential documentation and assist with HR compliance.

• Communicate with employees and management in English and Spanish.

• Provide general administrative support for HR operations.

Qualifications

• Four years of HR experience, a four-year degree in Business or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.

• Conversational Spanish skills.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
