Account Manager

Salary: $35.00 - $45.00/hour

Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking an Account Manager for a commercial signage company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a permanent career opportunity with a starting base of $35.00 - $45.00/hour.

 

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to identify and recommend signage, graphics, and branding solutions
• Prepare quotes, proofs, and project proposals
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Follow up on open opportunities and sales leads
• Process customer orders and maintain CRM records
• Coordinate project requirements with design and production teams
• Track project status and provide updates to customers
• Resolve order, artwork, and production issues as needed

 

Qualifications

• At least three years of account management, inside sales, or customer service experience
• Experience selling or managing projects for a commercial signage company preferred
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar software
• Experience preparing quotes and processing customer orders
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
