Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join a growing food manufacturing company in Ojai, CA. This position involves assisting with daily kitchen production, food preparation, batching, and general manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food production, preparation, and batching processes.

• Support daily kitchen and manufacturing operations.

• Follow established production procedures and quality standards.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Handle ingredients, materials, and production equipment as needed.

• Perform general production duties and assist team members as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, kitchen operations, or general labor preferred.

• Forklift or heavy equipment experience is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent attendance.

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Additional Information

• Pay: $19.00 per hour

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

• Overtime: Limited, with potential opportunities during seasonal production increases.
