Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–2:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and bilingual Custodian to maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized medical clinic. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to help provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the clinic.
• Clean and disinfect patient areas, offices, waiting rooms, and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean and maintain breakrooms and other shared spaces.
• Wipe down surfaces and frequently touched areas.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low.
• Follow established cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional custodial duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean environment.
• Must follow all clinic safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
