Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Location: Ferndale, WA
Pay: $20.00/HR

 

What You'll Do

• Pick, package, ship, and receive customer orders using warehouse systems and appropriate transaction processes
• Label products and maintain shipping and inventory paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Prepare shipping documents, reports, and international shipping documentation
• Release customer orders and finished goods to designated carriers
• Perform warehouse and inventory transactions within company systems
• Monitor quality standards and communicate concerns to leads or supervisors
• Safely operate forklifts, hoists, man lifts, and loading dock equipment
• Complete daily forklift inspections and safety checklists
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits within assigned warehouse areas
• Collect finished goods from staging areas, sort by customer or warehouse location, and place in designated storage areas
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement (Lean) initiatives
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

 

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material handling experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage inventory and documentation efficiently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, twist, turn, and reach overhead
• Able to lift 10-25 lbs frequently and 50-75 lbs occasionally
