We’re looking for a professional, compassionate Bilingual Intake Specialist who knows how to listen, ask the right questions, and gather important information from clients who may have difficulty explaining their situation.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable in an office environment, communicates well, and wants to build a professional career centered around helping people.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and greet clients

• Conduct initial client interviews

• Ask follow-up questions to gather complete and accurate information

• Collect documents and schedule appointments

• Communicate client information to the appropriate team

• Maintain a professional and welcoming client experience

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English – speaking, reading, and writing

• Office, customer service, front desk, or administrative experience

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Professional, organized, patient, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information

Pay: $20/hr – Temp-to-Hire
Location: Downtown Reno
