Location: Warehouse / Production Facility 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM 

• Schedule Notice: The operation is currently experiencing increased shipping and receiving volume, so Overtime and Weekend Shifts may be required.

Status: Full-time, overtime eligible

 

A local warehouse operation is seeking a dependable General Laborer / Warehouse Associate to support production and warehouse activities. This position involves working at assigned production stations, inspecting products for quality, meeting daily production goals, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and production tasks at assigned stations.
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects and report quality issues.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards.
• Assist in different areas of the operation as needed.
• Keep work areas, tools, and aisles clean and organized.
• Report equipment problems, material shortages, and safety concerns to a supervisor.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of shipping, receiving, warehouse, production, or assembly experience.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English, including safety signs and work procedures.
• Ability to read basic labels, part numbers, and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, punctuality, and willingness to learn new tasks.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and frequently bend, squat, reach, and stoop.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs using proper technique; team lifting or mechanical assistance is required for heavier items.
• Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with potential exposure to heat, dust, noise, and moving equipment.
