A growing manufacturing company in Georgetown, TX is hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipment.

If you have hands-on experience with electrical systems, hydraulics, mechanical repairs, PLC troubleshooting, or plastic injection molding machines, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and PLC-related issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain and repair plastic injection molding machines and manufacturing equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings.
• Inspect, lubricate, and service machinery according to maintenance schedules.
• Replace worn or damaged parts, motors, and mechanical components.
• Assist with equipment improvements and production troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts inventory.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing PLCs and automated production equipment.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.
• Plastic injection molding maintenance experience is a strong plus!
• Experience with Engel injection molding machines is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

• Hands-on maintenance in an active manufacturing facility.
• Work around industrial machinery and automated equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs.
• Comfortable working around moving machinery, occasional heat, and moderate noise.
• Required safety procedures and protective equipment must be followed.
