We are currently seeking candidates for an HR Generalist and Recruiter role with a manufacturing client located in Janesville.

 

This is a direct hire role with a growing company. seeking someone to lead recruitment activity and HR duties.

 

Position Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle with a primary focus on talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding. This role partners with hiring managers to attract, hire, and integrate top talent while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The HR Generalist also provides broad HR support, including employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR record maintenance.

 

Qualifications:

• BS or AS in HR, Business, or related field
• 2-5 years of HR support experience, ideally with a recruiting focus
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Schedule: Full-time in office role, day shift schedule

 

Pay: $55 - $65k depending on experience.  This can be negotiable for candidates with strong recruiting experience
