Automotive Customer Service Representative
Location: Minooka, IL 
Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour 
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday

Job Overview: We are seeking an Automotive Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Minooka. This position is ideal for someone who has automotive knowledge and enjoys helping customers over the phone. The right candidate will be comfortable answering questions, recommending solutions, troubleshooting customer concerns, and generating sales opportunities through excellent customer service. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with product and service inquiries.
  • Provide solutions and recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Diagnose customer concerns and advise on appropriate technical service lines.
  • Generate sales through consultative conversations and product recommendations.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Knowledge of cars, automotive parts, or vehicle systems required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve customer concerns.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
