Position Summary

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Hotel Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join a hospitality team. This position is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates are organized, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service approximately 14–20 guest rooms per day, including occupied rooms (stayovers) and checkouts.

• Make beds, replace linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities.

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, furniture, floors, and other room surfaces.

• Vacuum, dust, remove trash, and maintain overall room cleanliness.

• Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues or damaged items.

• Follow hotel cleaning procedures and quality standards.

• Maintain and organize housekeeping carts, supplies, and equipment.

• Complete assigned rooms efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Productivity Expectations

• Stayover Rooms: Approximately 15 minutes per room.

• Checkout Rooms: Approximately 25 minutes per room.

• Daily assignments will include a combination of stayovers and checkouts.

• Associates are expected to complete their assigned room list before leaving for the day.

Work Schedule

• Weekdays: Start at 8:30 AM

• Weekends: Start at 9:00 AM

• End Time: Varies based on completion of assigned rooms.

• Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning experience preferred.

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining cleanliness standards.

• Strong attention to detail and time management.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and walking.

• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive movements.

• Ability to push housekeeping carts and handle cleaning supplies.

• Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning duties.
