• Wednesday & Sunday: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM
• Thursday - Saturday: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We're seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Merchandiser to support large customer accounts throughout the Elmira area. This position plays an important role in maintaining product availability and presentation between regular delivery schedules.

Using your own vehicle, you will travel to customer locations to restock products already on-site, rotate inventory, monitor expiration dates, and ensure shelves remain fully stocked and customer-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned customer locations throughout the Elmira area.
• Restock products from existing on-site inventory.
• Rotate merchandise using FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.
• Check and remove expired or damaged products.
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked between delivery cycles.
• Complete required merchandising and service documentation accurately.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel and customer contacts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to travel between multiple customer locations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable with excellent time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous merchandising, retail, stocking, or inventory experience preferred but not required.
• Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting and communication.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and standing.
• Ability to work in retail and warehouse environments.
• Comfortable moving products and stocking shelves throughout the shift.
