Position Details

Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

What You'll Do

Accurately weigh and prepare ingredient quantities for production
Follow detailed recipes and production specifications
Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Work throughout both the ingredient room and production floor
Monitor and maintain inventory levels
Document ingredient usage and lot numbers using electronic or paper systems
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the ingredient room
Properly store unused ingredients and materials
Assist with machine operations and production processes as needed
 

What We're Looking For

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable following detailed recipes and procedures
Basic computer and documentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
