Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

Located in Verona, WI

Salary: $20+/hr

Express is hiring for a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator for a company in Verona, WI. This position is responsible for overseeing all logistics and warehouse operations and managing the fulfillment process to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of materials. 

 

Duties:

1. Lead and participate in the order fulfillment process, setting up packing lines, generating shipping labels, and ensuring quality control for outgoing shipments.
2. Manage Client orders, Offering cost estimates and shipping options, while coordinating closely with Account Executives and vendors for special requests or custom packaging needs.
3. Determine fulfillment time and materials needed for fulfilment projects in coordination with Account Executives.
4. Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, labeling, and organizing incoming goods, assigning identification numbers, inventory slotting and location management and performing and coordinating local pickups or deliveries when needed.
5. Maintain inventory levels for both packing and client materials, ensuring timely reordering and accurate reporting to avoid delays or shortages.
6. Process and fulfill orders from our Custom-built Client Ordering platform, including downloading data, creating packing slips, picking/packing, and tracking inventory usage.
7. Manage shipping allocations, including client-specific splits or requirements.
8. Facilitate and manage client tradeshow shipments using SharePoint — including daily and weekly tracking of upcoming events, and follow-up on items that must be returned. Inspection Of returned materials.
9. Serve as main point of contact for shipping vendors regarding lost/missing packages, price discrepancies, and claim processing.
10. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

1. The individual must have a high school diploma.
2. Must have a demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
3. 1-3 years of warehouse experience preferred (shipping, receiving, inventory control, etc), including having worked with different shipping and freight providers.
4. Forklift experience is preferred and a good working knowledge of OSHA standards
5. Must be able to lift 35+lbs

Pay: $20+/hr, depending on experience. Salary position. 

Hours: Flexible schedule! Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week, between 7am - 4:30pm.
