Position Details

What You'll Do
- Trim leaves and stems from cannabis plants
- Sort buds into designated containers by size
- Separate and organize stems and plant materials
- Maintain quality standards and attention to detail throughout the trimming process
- Work closely with experienced team members who provide guidance and support
- Follow company procedures for handling and processing products
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and quality
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Comfortable sitting for long periods of time
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- No breathing issues, asthma, or sensitivities that may be affected by airborne plant particles
- Previous trimming, production, manufacturing, or agricultural experience is helpful but not required
