We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and help keep inventory organized and accurate. The right candidate will be comfortable managing a small team while also working alongside them to move materials, receive shipments, and maintain an efficient warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities
• Monitor inventory and help ensure accurate stock counts
• Lead and support warehouse staff
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and material movement
• Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment
• Help improve warehouse processes and efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with inventory management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift experience is a plus
