Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking Assembly Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Williamsport, IN. This position involves assembling products, inspecting completed materials, and supporting the production team in meeting daily quality and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble products and components according to company specifications.
  • Use basic hand tools and production equipment safely.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
  • Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
Please note: Candidates must be willing to work in a team setting, have great written and verbal communication skills, and be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
