Responsibilities

• Remove files from filing cabinets and place them into designated file boxes.
• Track and document files in Microsoft Excel to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Keep files organized and maintain accuracy throughout the process.

Requirements

• Must have a personal laptop with Microsoft Excel available for use.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks accurately.
