An Attorney provides legal advice and representation to individuals, businesses, or organizations while ensuring legal matters are handled accurately and professionally.

Typical Duties:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Conduct legal research
• Represent clients in court, hearings, or negotiations
• Communicate with clients regarding their cases
• Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation
• Negotiate settlements and resolve legal disputes
• Ensure deadlines and legal requirements are met
• Work with courts, other attorneys, and outside parties
• Maintain client confidentiality

Basic Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, active state bar license, strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
