Shift: 2nd Shift, 12-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Job Summary

Conagra Foods is currently seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join our 2nd Shift team. This position is responsible for assisting with the manufacturing, packaging, inspection, and preparation of food products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package and palletize finished goods
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
• Follow all food safety, quality, and company policies
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed
