Our client in Willoughby, Ohio is seeking an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join their team on 1st Shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fabricator who takes pride in quality workmanship and precision fabrication.

Position Details

• Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Location: Willoughby, OH
• Industry: Custom Fabrication & Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Perform both MIG and TIG welding on custom-fabricated components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Fabricate and assemble custom features for commercial applications.
• Measure, cut, fit, and weld materials with a high degree of accuracy.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work safely and efficiently in a fabrication shop environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of MIG and TIG welding experience.
• Proven work history with strong tenure and reliability.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience fabricating and assembling custom metal products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
