Compensation & Benefits
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and machining centers
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine attachments
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Produce precision-machined parts that meet quality and dimensional standards
- Measure and inspect components using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments
- Perform machine offsets and tool changes
- Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues
- Maintain production records and quality documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing best practices
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC Setup Technician, CNC Operator, or CNC Programmer
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Strong understanding of machining principles, tolerances, and quality requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred Experience
- CNC Milling
- CNC Turning
- Multi-Axis Machining
- G-Code Understanding
- Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or similar controls
- Tooling and Fixture Setup
- Preventive Maintenance
- Lean Manufacturing
- ISO Quality Standards
