Inventory Analyst

Location: Azusa, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an Inventory Analyst for a manufacturing company in Azusa, CA. This position will support the Materials Management team by maintaining accurate inventory records, analyzing data, updating shipping and inventory reports, and providing administrative support to daily materials operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with large amounts of data while maintaining accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory and shipping reports
• Analyze inventory data and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies
• Perform accurate, high-volume data entry
• Use Excel to organize, track, and analyze inventory information
• Enter and maintain data within company business systems and ERP systems
• Review inventory records for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with inventory counts, reconciliations, and adjustments
• Track materials movement and support inventory control processes
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Work closely with Materials Management, Warehouse, and Production teams
• Provide additional administrative and reporting support as needed

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work with large amounts of data
• Previous experience in inventory, materials management, data analysis, or administrative support
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Experience working with ERP or business management systems preferred
• Ability to identify discrepancies and research information to resolve issues
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or materials management experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
