Plumber Helper

We are seeking a Plumber Helper to join our team. This position offers advancement opportunities based on your willingness to learn, skill, and experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer-oriented attitude
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to use a variety of tools
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good listening and communication skills
• Physically fit—able to lift up to 50 lbs and work long hours in varying conditions
• Reliable with good job tenure
• Previous experience as a plumber helper or in plumbing preferred
• General residential and commercial plumbing experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

You will assist the lead technician with tasks including, but not limited to:

• Using hand tools for digging and assisting with leak detection (including pool entry when required)
• Fixture replacement (faucets, tubs, toilets)
• Sewer, gas, and water service replacement
• Troubleshooting using video inspection equipment
• Working on under-slab and sewer/water lines
• Maintaining a clean, organized truck and following company procedures
• Supporting a team-oriented environment with a “what’s next” mindset
• Taking personal responsibility for your growth and development as a technician

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to climb in and out of box trucks
• Willingness to work in extreme heat and cold
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Must be hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday possibly Saturdays
• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
