Location: Bismarck

Pay: $18-$19 hourly

Schedule: 12pm-10pm

Position Summary

The Skilled Laborer is responsible for the assembly, installation, and maintenance of equipment, racks, shelving systems, and floor markings across various field projects. This role requires the ability to use hand and power tools, interpret blueprints and project plans, and complete installations accurately and efficiently. The Skilled Laborer works closely with team members and project leads to ensure all work meets established quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and maintain equipment, racks, shelving systems, and floor markings according to project plans and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and installation instructions to ensure accurate placement and assembly.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Measure, mark, and prepare work areas to ensure proper alignment, positioning, and installation.
• Inspect completed work to verify accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout all phases of a project.
• Follow established safety procedures, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Identify and communicate potential installation issues, material needs, or safety concerns to project leadership.
• Assist with material handling, site preparation, and other project-related duties as needed.
