Our Client is seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Mill/Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating CNC milling and lathe machines to produce high-quality precision parts while meeting production and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC mill and lathe machines
• Load materials and monitor machine performance during production
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure specifications are met
• Make minor machine adjustments as needed
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production instructions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Previous CNC mill and/or lathe experience preferred
• Ability to read measuring instruments and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
