Express Employment Professionals seeks a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting products, identifying defects, and ensuring quality standards are met. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and a commitment to safety and quality.

 

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM - Overtime: Available and required as needed

 

Responsibilities

 

• Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and report defects, damages, or inconsistencies.
• Follow all verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and dress code guidelines.
• Maintain a steady work pace that meets customer expectations.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work overtime and weekends as required.

 

Requirements

 

• 1+ years of quality inspection experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds as needed throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
• Must have 20/20 vision, with or without corrective lenses.
• Must have steel toe boots/shoes before starting work.
• Ability to follow directions carefully and maintain attention to detail.
• Maintain a professional attitude and positive work ethic.
• Arrive prepared and on time for each shift.
