Set Up Operator 2nd Shift

Assignment Timeframe: 11/1/2026 – 01/30/2027

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Set up and operate a variety of industrial and fabrication equipment.
• Perform die changeovers as required for production.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and monitor raw material usage.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Report equipment issues, material shortages, or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
• Note: A skills test will be required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency: experience with an ERP system preferred.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to read engineering blueprints and bills of material, and accurately use hand tools, micrometers, and calipers.
• Skilled in operating fabrication and industrial equipment; strong mechanical aptitude.
• Individual must be able to maintain production efficiency and quality standards.
• Ability to distinguish colors when required.
• Physically able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift to 50 lbs.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
• Adheres to all safety standards and wears PPE properly as required.
